After an excellent debut in a Bucks jersey, Lillard’s second game of the season is a real disaster. The player who would form an absolutely devastating offensive pairing with Giannis had an unforgettable night against the Hawks. Atlanta, with a very balanced attack, took control of the game in the first half, only to pull away in the third quarter and win easily by 17 points. Lillard missed all seven of his shots in the first half and ultimately finished the game with an abysmal 2/12 from the field, giving him just six points with an incredible +/- of -29. The Hawks play at pace, have eight players score in double figures and thus achieve their first win of the season. The decisive factor was the performance of an excellent Bogdanovic from the bench: 17 points and six assists. 26 points and 11 rebounds instead for an alternate Antetokounmpo while Middleton remains in the penalty area.
