According to the NBA, the Rockets’ under-the-basket player Alperen Şengün, who finished the week with three wins and one loss, won the award as the best player of Week 11 in the Western Conference.
Alperen averaged 24 points, 7 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game during the week.
Jalen Brunson of the New York Knicks was named Eastern Conference Player of the Week. Brunson finished the week with averages of 27.3 points, 3.3 rebounds and 9.3 assists.
