Bologna dreams of Europe: odds on betting providers collapse

The Rossoblù are the surprise of this first half of the season: here are the odds for European qualification

One can dream of Europe, says Claudio Fenucci, CEO and demiurge of the unveiling team of this first part of Serie A. Yes, we are talking about Thiago Motta’s Bologna, who not only occupy sixth place in the standings, ahead of Roma and Lazio, but they are also the team with the longest winning streak in the championship: after only losing to Milan on their debut, the Rossoblù are actually unbeaten in ten games, in which they have achieved four wins and six draws. Not bad for a club that reduced its wage bill and sold some of its valuable players in the summer. But how far will Thiago Motta’s boys get? Let’s find out the Bologna odds in Europe on the main betting sites.

BOLOGNA IN EUROPE: THE ODDS

The odds for Bologna’s place in the top four (and the associated qualification for the Champions League) are decreasing across all providers: They start at 65.00 at Gazzabet, fall to 61.00 at Planetwin365, 50.00 at Goldbet and Better and sink to 5:00 p.m. at William Hill. Bookmakers are therefore more divided than ever on the true potential of one team, namely Motta, which is performing at home on a par with Inter, Juventus and Roma, with 13 points won in the first six games. Away from Dall’Ara, the Bolognese have never lost, but have not even taken the three points: so far five draws in five away games for Motta and his boys, determined to break the stalemate in the Apennines derby against Fiorentina on calendar Sunday.
