FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. It was decided to refer club official OKAN ÖZKAN to PFDK due to his “fight” in the same competition without any precautionary measure in accordance with Article 45 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions.

ARTICLE 36 – (1)
Athletes and club officials who fail to comply with these decisions in any way despite a ban on competition, withdrawal of rights or official measures will be excluded from competition for a period of one to six months.
ARTICLE 45 – FIGHT
A person who engages in combat and whose actions do not warrant a harsher punishment
(a) Football players are suspended for 3 to 5 games,
(b) Super League club, with a penalty of 60 to 200 days deprivation of rights for club managers.

ARTICLE 46 – VIOLATION OF THE INSTRUCTIONS
(1) Persons or clubs that violate football-related legal provisions, TFF regulations and football game rules will be punished with the disciplinary sanctions specified in these instructions, unless there is a separate penalty regulation in this regard.
ARTICLE 52 – FIELD EVENTS
Persons who, individually or collectively, violate the rules of order or disciplinary practice in the stadiums or the proper conduct of the competition or the guarantee of its safety will be punished with a ban on competition or a temporary deprivation of rights of one to two years.
